What’s better than a two for one special? One of the greatest wine producing states is also one of the greatest cheese producing areas. Explore California’s rich bounty! From David Jacks first wheel of Monterey Jack in 1882, to the fantastic artisan producers making cheese today, we will discuss the history and origins of California cheese and wine.

Classes may be purchased online at scardellocheese.com. In order to cancel, please call 214.219.1300. Scardello will provide a full refund when cancelling 48 hours before the start of the class. A 50% refund will be given when cancelling 24 hours in advance. There is no refund when cancelling the day of the class. Scardello has a strict cancellation policy.
