The Venetian Resort’s Want the World campaign is celebrating another exclusive opportunity with Haute Cuisine, featuring the esteemed Master Chefs of France, Friday, Sept. 27.

The annual event will showcase Flavors of the World, taking guests on a culinary journey with stops in 10 countries, including Italy, France, Asia and Mexico, paired with celebrated wines. The poolside affair will be held from 7 – 9:30 p.m. at The Aquatic Club. For the first time ever, a VIP experience will be available, which includes early entry, a cookbook, and a champagne toast. 

The event dovetails on The Venetian Resort’s creative campaign Want the World, where guests can “have it all” through remarkable and unique experiences.   

“Every year the Master Chefs of France raise the bar of excellence and this year, we are excited to taste their creations from around the world,” said Philippa Fryman, vice president of food and beverage for The Venetian Resort. “This is definitely Las Vegas’ culinary event of the year.”

Haute Cuisine will also satisfy the sweet tooth with extravagant pastry selections by Simon Bregardis, executive pastry chef at The Venetian Resort.

Maître Cuisiniers de France, as the Master Chefs are referred to in French,is one of the most envied titles chefs can aspire to receive. The organization’s mission is “to preserve and spread the French culinary arts, encourage training in cuisine, and assist professional development.” Maîtres Cuisiniers de France are often given the highest classification in restaurant guides and are regularly mentioned in the world’s leading food and travel magazines.

Haute Cuisine is a collaboration of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and Maîtres Cuisiniers de France. The resort has hosted several special events with the group, including its 59th General Assembly in 2014, the first time the annual event was held in the United States. This is the seventh year The Venetian Resort has partnered with the Master Chefs of France for an annual fall food and wine celebration.

The evening will also feature live entertainment “Haute Sounds" from DJ JAY T and Saxophonist Rocco Barbato as guests enjoy delicious food and wine under the stars.

Haute Cuisine general admission starts at 7 p.m. for $85 per person plus applicable fees. The Aquatic Club is located on the pool deck of The Palazzo tower.

Guests can start the night early with the new VIP experience including entry at 6:30 p.m., a champagne toast with the Master Chefs of France and a copy of the Master Chefs of France cookbook, featuring recipes from participating chefs. Cost is $175 per person plus applicable fees, space is limited.

Tickets are on sale Aug. 6 at venetian.com or at any box office at The Venetian Resort. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend Haute Cuisine.
