For the Love of Wine:An Evening with Chef René Gabriel
Join accomplished Chef René Gabriel, acclaimed wine critic, television and radio personality, author, and creator of the world-famous glassware ‘Gabriel-Glas’, for an evening exploring and tasting Swiss cuisine paired with an exciting selection of Napa Valley wines from Clos du Val Winery, served in Chef Gabriel’s signature glassware.
Sample tasting menu includes: Smoked Trout Fillet served with Apple-Potato Salad in Horseradish Crème, Cabernet-Marinated Beef Ragout with Dried Plump Mushrooms with Crispy Bacon, and Sweet-Corn Polenta "Ticino-Style", selection of Swiss and European Cheeses
Glassware will be available for purchase after the tasting in The Store at CIA Copia from 7:30–8 p.m.
