This week we put Zinfandel and Syrah to the test in a cage match. There can only be one clear winner for each of you, which will it be, America's iconic grape, Zinfandel or the darling of Australia and the Northern Rhone, Syrah. These wines run from silky and smooth to rustic earthy. Chef Jan will serve up another of her legendary seelections of hearty appetizers to compliment the wines. Who knows, we may even conduct this tasting blind!
