SIDEDOOR Supper Club is an underground pop-up dinner experience hosted by Roho Kitchen. During this exclusive closed-door event, guests partake in a combination of a chef table and intimate sit-down dinner party. We collaborate with local sommeliers, brewmasters and chefs.

– Key west shrimp ceviche with lychee, aji limo and coconut milk
FIRST COURSE
Creamed corn, crawfish and andouille gravy
Paired with Piper Heidsieck Brut
SECOND COURSE
Endive salad with manchego cheese, candied pecans, charred grapefruit
Paired with Cake bread Sauvignon Blanc
THIRD COURSE
Oxtail Risotto with chanterelles, peas and brown butter vinaigrette
Paired with Resonance Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
FOURTH COURSE
Slow braised leg of lamb, white bean puree, yukon gold gnocchi, cilantro au jus

Dark chocolate soufflé with homestead strawberry and creme anglaise
