To celebrate France's national holiday - Bastille Day – the Uncorked Vintage Academia wants you to tag along for a winetastic Tour de France at The Austin Winery - exploring some well known, and others not-so-often encountered regional wines. Come rejoice and shout Vive la France while you learn all about unique wines and places.

Most of these bottlings are made by biodynamic, organic, sustainable traditional natural producers with little intervention.
We'll also include some rare, almost-extinct autochthonous varieties that are hard to find, and even some of the most savvy sommeliers in the city have not heard of.

The masterclass includes tastings of a broad range of wines including sparkling, still white, rosé, red, and late harvest or fortified wines from young and fresh vintages, to a 30+ year old wine selected exclusively for our guests by the master of ceremonies.

A Hospitality Table with assorted cheese, charcuterie and accompaniments is provided for guests during the tasting.
