When the sunset peeks through the vines at Knapp the multi-colored lights can be like fire dancing in the vineyard. The menu is simple- shrimp, steamed clams and mussels served on yesterday’s newspaper. Grilled salmon with crab cakes alongside classic salt potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and other surprises, only to end with a sunny dessert.
