The local Arizona wineries that make up the Scottsdale Wine Trail, including Aridus Wine Company, Carlson Creek Vineyards, LDV Winery and Salvatore Vineyards, are teaming up on Thursday, June 27 to present wine aficionados with the four-course Winemakers Inspirational Dinner. From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aridus Winery, guests can enjoy a special evening of great wine, delicious food prepared by Nonna Urban Eatery and memorable stories inspired by amazing
wine.
The evening begins with a Meet the Winemakers’ reception including appetizers and wines from each winery followed by four courses, each which is paired with specially selected wine from each winery. Throughout the evening, the four winemakers will share memories of a remarkable dish that inspired them to produce a wine that they will share with diners that evening. Nonna Urban Eatery’s chef will recreate these special dishes that inspired such memorable wine.
Cost is $150 and reservations can be made online via www.eventbrite.com.
