Helan går ... our annual Kräftskiva, or Crayfish Party, is a summer tradition at the American Swedish Institute! The festive meal features pounds of crayfish steeped in crown dill brine, along with bread, cheese and other sides. Every guest will receive a shot of aquavit with which to skål – and there will be plenty of opportunities for that with our hosts leading rousing drinking songs. Put on your party hats, grab a bib and experience a Swedish summer party like none other!
A cash bar will also be available; this is a 21+ event.
Doors open for cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. and dinner is at 7 p.m.
