Our tasting boards embody the spirit of Cork & Rind: food and beverage exploration. “A Taste of Cork & Rind” is an evening where we slow down and encourage our guests to explore our tasting board at a deeper level. Think tasting board deconstructed and served multi-coursed featuring additional wine and food pairings to enhance the learning & sensory experience.
As the weather warms up, we crave rosé and this tasting experience gives pink wine its due. You will leave with a greater appreciation of the wide range of styles and rosé’s surprising ability to lift a food pairing. Guests should arrive to be seated between 5:30-6:00 to start the tasting journey. A truly unique experience that you won't want to miss!
