Saturday, June 22 we will host another "Wine 101" class for the general public. This is the same class we give to train restaurant staffs on wine production, wine faults, classic aromas, how to serve, wine pairing, etc. $25 ea. call the winery to reserve your place.
We will also talk about practical things with wine such as the types of glasses to use, how to deal with an intimidating restaurant wine list, how wine is made, fun facts, and lots more. Be prepared to have some fun while you learn.
