The raucous evening of ‘Bastille Noir’ on Saturday, July 13th begins when the DJ drops the music and drag burlesque performances start at 9:30 pm on the corner of 14th + Q St., NW. Throughout the evening, guests can pop champagne and get caricatures of themselves as a sketch artist interprets the festivities onto a blank canvas. The soirée and champagne corks will be flying until 2 am.
