Description
France did not invent wine, but they inspired the great wines of today and serve as the role model. In this program we will taste the greatest hits of France side by side and go deep on the history, the place, the grape, and the production methods. Professional Wine Educator Paul Sherman (formerly of Valentino Restaurant) will be ironing out any confusion, assisting the advanced students with "markers" and introducing the newbies to the world of great French Wine. Class includes a petite cheese plate, written notes, slideshow on powerpoint, and as much fun as we can squeeze into this 2.5 hour Franco showcase. The wines are sensational, some great examples. It is valued over $1000 for this program and we will add wines if this program sells out. Sign up early for the best prices... early bird prices are guaranteed lowest at wineLA.
