Enjoy an evening with Mark Schiller, co-founder of Loon Liquor Company and President of the MN Distillers Guild. Loon Liquor Co is a local, organic-certified, award-winning microdistillery out of Northfield, Minnesota. He’ll be sampling Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, and a number of Liqueurs (including their new Ginger Liqueur) as well as demonstrating easy-to-make and delicious cocktails.
