This six-week course is designed to take the students on a journey through the world of craft beer. Each class will tap into a different area of craft beer. Some of the topics we will cover include; the history of beer, the craft beer revolution, beer styles, beer and food pairings and many more. This course will serve as a general overview of craft beer and its role in today’s culture. Exploring Craft Beer will give you the foundation for all future courses in the program. If you don’t already appreciate craft beer, you will when you have completed this course!
