[This is last call for dinner at Cook|Weaver this Saturday. If you would like to join us, please prepay your reservation ($89) by becoming a member of FDO40 Seattle ($45) or signing up as a guest ($15).]
Food critics and patrons alike are intrigued and delighted by the chef “who cooks with imagination” (Zac) and the barman who is a “deft weaver of cocktails” (Nile). Please join us on March 23 at 5:30 p.m. for a tasting menu at Cook|Weaver in the Loveless Building in Capitol Hill.
The $89 member event fee includes the tasting menu, tax, tip, and administrative fee; alcohol, coffee, and other beverages are not included. We will arrange for our server to bill you individually for beverages and food outside the tasting menu. Do let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have.
Zac and Nile will be crafting a special dinner experience for our group — you can get a sense of what to expect by looking at Cook|Weaver’s full menu, a rendition of seasonal elements combined with “bold flavors from the world's pantry.”
