First Course Paired with Chandon Rose Champagne: Shrimp, Blood Orange, Mango, Jalapeno, Leche De Tigre Ceviche

Second Course Paired with Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay: Frisee, Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese, Candied Pistachios, Sherry Vinaigrette

Third Course Paired with Terrazas Reserva Cabernet: Pan Seared Dorada over Seafood Paella Rice and Aji Panca Sauce

Fourth Course Paired with Terrazas Single Vineyard: Braised Boneless Short Ribs, Crimini Mushroom and Truffle Risotto, Wine Reduction Sauce, Roasted Asparagus

Fifth Course Paired with Carajillo Cocktail: Chocolate Mousse over Layer of Tres Leches Cake
