(1) House-made grave lox (dill-cured salmon) served with whipped Neufchâtel cheese, capers & Bermuda onion on crostini toasts (La Marca Prosecco)
(2) House Salad with Shrimp & Drew’s choux Rouges—Pieropan Pinot Grigio
(3) An Appetizer portion of Muffuletta with olive relish & pimento Aïoli—Allegrini Valpolicella 
(4) 5 oz grilled Filet Mignon—red wine Demi-glaze, Butternut squash purée & sautéed snow  peas—Palazzo Red or Tuscan Rosso
(4) Deep Chocolate Mousse w/port reduction & Creme Chantilly With Alegrini Amarone
