Hitting the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois Chefs at Play Stage will be Top Chef Season 15 Winner Joe Flamm of Spiaggia, plus several other local favorites, including 2019 Good Food Chef of the Year, Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe. Erling Wu-Bower of Pacific Standard Time, Sandra Holl from Floriole, and Dave Miller from Baker Miller.
The Kids' Corner presented by Purple Asparagus is back, as is the popular Test Your Soil! conducted by the University of Illinois in conjunction with Advocates for Urban Agriculture. Our increasingly popular Good Food is Good Medicine panels are returning too, and they are just what the doctor ordered.
