Easterseals South Florida is partnering with Roho Kitchen and Lincoln’s Beard Brewing Co. for an exciting supper club beer and food pairing, where 40% of proceeds will be donated to the organization!

~ Mussels on a half shell with pickled onions and charred corn

FIRST COURSE
Vol au vent with roasted radicchio, goat cheese, strawberries and tomato-bacon

SECOND COURSE
Duck confit, shrimp lo mein noodles, bok choy and Thai chili-basil sauce
Beer: Dos Hermanos Imperial Blonde fermented with Wine Yeast

Braised lamb shank, buttered radishes, gnocchi and stewed tomatoes
Beer: Avenge Me Irish Red Ale

Bananas Foster souffle, white chocolate anglaise and candied macadamia nuts
