Chef Steve Mannino will be hosting a pasta workshop to teach techniques in making restaurant-quality pasta. Attenees will learn how to make Fresh Mozzarella Raviolis with Truffle Butter Sauce, Chicken Tortellini in Pesto Broth, Ricotta Ravioli with Sausage, Broccoli Rapini and Tomato Sauce, and Fettuccine with Brown Butter and Mushrooms.
Mannino has held posts in some of the top restaurants across the country including spending eight years working with acclaimed chef Todd English and restauranteur Stephen Starr.
