The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs™ is the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world, consisting of both amateurs (people like you and me!) and professionals (chefs, restauranteurs, etc).
The Miami Beach Chaptre is hosting a very special going away dinner for one of it's members, Christian Rassinouex who is the executive chef at the Diplomat Hotel. The 5 course dinner, which is paired with spectacular wines, is about as good of a meal as one can get (think Michelin star quality).
