Winemaker Ariki “Rick” Hill took up enology in his native New Zealand nearly 25 years ago. He founded Labyrinth Winery in 2000 and in ’04, moved permanently to California’s Central Coast to concentrate on the making wines from this amazing wine region. This great boutique winery has focused on making high quality, small batch wines! Tonight we will have the opportunity to enjoy 4 of their wines, including a ’14 PNO, perfectly paired with the cuisine of Cantalini’s owner/executive chef Lisetta Maria and her culinary team. Rick will join us to discuss his love of wine, the wine region he now calls home and to answer all your wine-related questions. Don’t miss this great evening of wine, food and conversation.
