Join the Southern Food & Beverage Museum to welcome Beau Bourgeois of Bourgeois Meat Market in Schriever, for a cooking demonstration. Beau is the third generation proprietor of the business that has been making "Miracles in Meat" since 1891. The program begins at 1 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, samples are first come, first served. Free with museum admission.
