Chart House invites Atlantic City-area wine aficionados to the Willamette Valley Vineyards Wine Dinner on Thursday, April 18 beginning at 7 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine, perfectly paired with a five-course dinner prepared by the executive chef.
First Course
• Frisee and Apple Salad– goat cheese, green goddess dressing, toasted almonds

• Salt and Pepper Crusted Sea Scallop – pickled melon salsa, cucumber water gastrique, micro cilantro
