Join us at Florida Wine Academy on Wednesday, February 13th for a fun and educational Sake and cheese pairing. Any sake lover has paired it with sushi in the past and knows it is delicious. But for a truly unique and eye-opening experience one must try pairing Sake with a food that is loved and inspired by almost everyone: cheese.

During this class students will taste three different Sakes paired with cheeses. They will learn about the different styles of Sake and how they are made. The class is designed to include seasoned Sake lovers and beginners alike. Tickets are just $35 and seating is limited. Please register online or by calling the school at 786-542-5887

The event will be led by Guilherme de Macedo, MBA, Sake Sommelier and certified Japanese Sake Advisor.
