As a major grape, Cabernet Sauvignon is pretty new, so there is an abundance of youthful expressive styles to discover, and we’re going to taste them. You’ll learn where Cabernet comes from, what it tastes like around the world, and in a final blind wine tasting, we’ll compare France and California to confirm which style we personally prefer.
