From the French spelling of its name to its French bistro-inspired dishes using local ingredients, Perle on Maple brings the elegance, fine cuisine, and bubbly beverages of “the city of love and romance” to Dallas. The four-course Valentine’s dinner menu, created by Executive Chef Wade Burch, is available from Thursday, February 14, through Saturday, February 16, 5 PM to 10 PM, for $95 per person or $125 with wine pairing. Moet & Chandon Rosé for $20 per glass and a special Kir Royale Valentine’s cocktail for $10 per glass will also be served. Reservations are available on OpenTable and by calling (469) 375-5846.
