Join us for a special wine dinner with Andersons Conn Winery from Napa. Joining us for the dinner, Jayne O’Neil of Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyards and Amy Arida of Cutting Edge Selections. We will be offering a 5 course dinner from Chef Jonathon Martin and paired with great wines from Andersons Conn.

Arrival: Champagne with artisan cheeses, Amuse-bouche: Vichyssoise
Course One: Seared Scallop, citrus frisee, with Anderson’s Conn Sauvignon Blanc.
Course Two: Salmon beurre noisette, asparagus, with Anderson’s Conn Valley Pinot Noir
Course Three: New Zealand Lamb, wild mushroom risotto with Anderson’s Conn Valley Right Bank
Course Four: Circle L Filet Mignon, seared foie gras, pomme puree with the flagship Anderson’s Conn Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Course Five Dessert: Quinto do Noval Black Porto with Molten Chocolate cake
