4-Course Vegan Valentine's Day Menu At 24 Carrots

On Thursday, February 14, diners can do something good for their hearts and their health by indulging in a vegan Valentine’s Day at 24 Carrots Natural Café and Juice Bar! The vegan restaurant is featuring a four-course menu exclusively on Valentine’s Day featuring:

 

First Course:

• “Cheeze” Board (GF) for Sharing — featuring local products such as seasonal pickles, fruits, housemade “cheeze,” and more

Second Course:

• Choice of Seasonal Soup or Salad (GF)

Third Course, choice of:

• Beetroot Tagine-Stuffed Dosai with tzatziki and pomegranate molasses (GF)

            OR

• Charred Local Mushroom Linguini with cauliflower alfredo and walnut parmesan, served with seasonal vegetables

Fourth Course, choice of:

• Brown Sugar Pavlova with passion fruit curd, seasonal fruits, coconut whip and pistachio brittle

            OR

• Waffle Sundae featuring a cinnamon waffle, vanilla ice cream, chocolate fudge, whipped cream, and toasted peanuts with a cherry on top

Post-February 14, 24 Carrots is still spreading the love with the “Valentine’s Carrot Cares Community Outreach” event. On Saturday, February 16 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., the 24 Carrots family will be making care packages and meals for those in need. Donations are welcome and most-needed items include:

Toothbrushes, full size shampoo and conditioner, body wash, combs, razors, hand sanitizer, tissues, Advil, toothpaste, socks, nail files, shaving cream, Q-Tips, Chapstick, hats, Wet Ones/Wipes

On Thursday, February 21, 24 Carrots hosts a fundraising dinner benefitting a local animal sanctuary. Funds raised will go directly to help Aimee’s Animal Sanctuary rebuild their farm and bring it up to code.

In February, 24 Carrots is also expanding its hours, and introducing a new cocktail menu as well new “Sunday Supper” pick-up. New hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sundays.

For a “boozy” way to start the day at brunch, 24 Carrots features fresh juice mimosas, Bellinis and Blushing (ahem, vegan) Marys, along with a canned beer and house wine selection. A seasonal rotation of signature cocktails will also be available. Every Sunday, a different dinner special will be available for pick-up by 5:00 p.m. Specials will be posted in the restaurant and on social media, with orders required by the previous Thursday.
