Sweet Potato, Parsnip, and Apple Bisque topped with an Herb & Leek Gremolata
Apple, Pecan, & Bleu Cheese Pork Loin Roulade topped with a Port Wine Reduction and Crispy Leeks. Served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Brussel Sprout Salad tossed in a Dijon Vinaigrette.
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Cake filled with Amarena Cherry Ganache with homemade Almond Scented Whipped Cream
