Reception Beer: Peeled Grapefruit Pils
Amuse Bouche: Miso, grapefruit infused chili oil, crab, cilantro leaf
FIRST COURSE:
Smoked Applewood Gold Lager
Smoked salmon, cracked pepper and horseradish cream cheese, frisee and cucumber in dill vinaigrette, everything bagel spear
SECOND COURSE:
Steeped Lemon Saison
Caper ricotta, pesto cous-cous, pistachio crusted chicken breast, apple and hazelnut
THIRD COURSE:
Sliced Nectarine IPA
Roasted chickpeas, roasted tomato butter pork belly, spinach puree, cumin-brown sugar crusted naan
FOURTH COURSE:
Churro Porter
Braised short rib, churro porter mole, Applewood Gold sope, chimichurri
FIFTH COURSE:
BBA Chocolate Barleywine
Dark Chocolate and Vanilla cream swiss roll, topped with pretzel and bacon crumble, side of bourbon cherry compote
