Tapped's Monthly Wine Pairing!

Our February wine dinner will feature a Valentine's Day Theme. Below is the menu for this event:

Beef Tataki with chives and citrus ginger soy sauce ~ Riondo Prosecco

Shrimp Bisque with bourbon, fennel, rosemary and thyme ~ Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir

Crab Stuffed Cod with lemon cream and roasted root vegetables ~ Wente Chardonnay

Brick Oven Pork Chop with Bourbon Glaze, white cheddar and horseradish mashed potatoes ~ Benzinger Cabernet Sauvignon

Chocolate Mousse Mirror Cake

This dinner will be $45/person (does not include tax and gratuity) and a $25 non-refundable deposit per person is required. Please call 724-850-8277 or stop in to make your reservation by February 10th.
