As we closeout February we will taste the affordable varietals from Northern Italy, such as Barbera, Dolceto and Nebbilo from Piedmont. These are wines intended to be enjoyed young and might even be enjoyed without accompanying food. Chef Jan, however will serve up another of her fantastic spreads of hearty appetizers.
