Caprese - House-made fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic reduction served on a bed of spring mix
3rd Course - Tasting
Seared scallops with cauliflower purée and roasted corn
Vegetarian Option - Seared tofu with cauliflower purée and roasted corn

Roasted chicken thigh served with sautéed baby carrots
