Salad

Blackberry & Apple Salad served with assorted bread sticks & Butter

Mixed field greens with blackberry infused apple chips, blackberries, candied pecans, crumble blue cheese with a balsamic glaze.

Plated Soup course

Tomato Bisque

Choice of Entrée served with seasonal vegetables and a starch

OPTION 1 - Beef Tenderloin with a Pinot Noir Glaze with horseradish and peppercorn sauce.
OR
OPTION 2 - Herb crusted salmon with aioli mustard dill sauce.
OR
OPTION 3 - Vegetarian Selection: Polenta with mushroom ragu.

Dessert

Chocolate Tulip cup filled with chocolate mousse & berries.
