TAPS Fish House & Brewery, in conjunction with Pavilions, invites you to its first wine dinner of the New Year on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Join event host, Far Niente’s Western Regional Manager, Mark Pighini, for a spectacular evening highlighting the premium wines from Far Niente Family of Wineries & Vineyards.
The four-course pairing menu begins with an amuse bouche of Shigoku oyster on the half shell with 2015 Nickel & Nickel Stiling Chardonnay, followed by Crispy Fried Halibut Cheeks with 2017 Far Niente Chardonnay. Next, enjoy Duck Cassoulet with 2016 En Route Pinot Noir and Snake River Farms Pittsburgh Style Wagyu Deckle Steak with 2016 Bella Union Napa Cabernet. Dinner concludes with Calvados Apple Custard paired with 2012 Dolce Late Harvest. Dinner with wine is $125 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
