This menu is inspired by and hinges on procuring the finest quality ingredients, both locally and from afar. Each course delightfully harmonizes with Fox Run's wines—a combination that will warm your heart and soul.
Let us indulge you with five delicious courses paired with five incredible wines. Rumor has it our winemakers are even planning on sharing one or two of their favorites from the Fox Run Library! These are choice wines that we've aged to optimum maturity, and are only available at this dinner. This is truly a unique event that you do not want to miss! General Tickets are $85 + tax and service/Wine Club Tickets are $76.50 + tax and service.
Course 1: Cream & Green Pea Soup, Smoked Bacon “dipper”, Cheddar Biscuits
Course 2: Curly Shrimp & Lobster Cannelloni with Oven Dried Tomatoes, Muranda “Lady of the Lake”
Course 3: Roasted Chicken & Smoked Ham wrapped in Savoy Cabbage, Mashed Kennebec Potatoes, and a Raspberry Traminette Glaze
Course 4: Warm Beet Salad, Pickled Red Onions Dressing, Hard Boiled Egg, Maggie's Greens
Course 5: Chocolate Souffle´, Chocolate Truffle Square, Chocolate Brioche with Brandied Cherries & Apricots
