Chart House Weehawken To Host Ruffino Wine Dinner

Cost: $99 per person, excluding tax and gratuity

Chart House invites Weehawken-area wine aficionados to the Ruffino Wine Dinner on Wednesday, February 13 beginning at 7 p.m.  Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine, perfectly paired with a five-course dinner prepared by the executive chef.

First Course
• Insalata di Melone – Micro rocket, parma prosciutto, meyer lemon gastrique
Ruffino Orvieto Classico, Tuscany

Second Course
• Gambretto con Fagioli – Savory grilled shrimp, braised white beans, olive oil drizzle
Ruffino ‘Lumina’ Pinot Grigio, Delle Venezie

Third Course
• Stufato con Frutti di Mare (Cacciucco) – Tuscan style seafood stew
Ruffino Riserva Ducale Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Tuscany

Fourth Course
• Braciola di Agnello a la Griglia – Grilled lamb chop, smashed baby potatoes, Tuscan black kale
Ruffino Greppone Mazzi, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany

Dessert
• Crostata con Frutti di Bosco – Rustic tart shell, macerated mixed berries, crystal rose petal gelato
