While a lot of Aussies rejoice with a drink or two on Australia Day, friends and families and traditions are a way that Australians learn more about their country and appreciate the fantastic lifestyle they are so lucky to enjoy down under. So while we will not be indulging in vegemite sandwiches, meat pies and sausage rolls, lamingtons and pavlova, we do invite you to join in the AWS Celebration with members of the Albany Club joining for a four course dinner, matched with wines from the cellar, and yes door prizes. We are pleased to say that His Excellency Dr. Grayson Perry, Australian Consul General and his wife Abbey, will be attending this celebratory evening. The evening always starts with a reception up on the fourth floor at 6:30 pm, with Australian Sparkling wines and canapes, then at 7:25 pm we move down to the main dining room for a four course dinner served with fine wines from the AWS cellar.
