20th Anniversary! Salute! - A Festival of Wine and Food, is a three-day benefit that offers something for wine lovers of all levels and tastes. Every year, more than 600 people travel from near and far to attend the celebrated event.
The Salute! Winemaker Dinner will be an evening of an elaborate, multi-course meal prepared by The Oread, and wine from Schnaer Family Wines.
Salute! is a fundraiser for the benefit of Cottonwood, Incorporated under the auspices of Standard Beverage Corporation. The proceeds from this unique event benefit Cottonwood, whose mission is to help individuals with disabilities shape their own future. Funds raised from events such as Salute! help Cottonwood to provide additional services to the individuals they are currently serving and begin to address the needs of many others who would like to access services.
