Meadowlark Vineyards is proud to offer a fine selection of earth friendly wines. As a certified organic grower, Dr. Guerrero and his wife, Sandra, look to extract the most wonderful aromas, taste and color from their grapes set against the enchanting backdrop of the Santa Ynez Valley.
Executive Chef Chris Patrick has created an outstanding 3 course menu to accompany the selected wines. Starting with an Apple Tart and Goat Cheese Parsnip Purée passed appetizer service, and followed by a Blackberry Glazed Pork Belly and Wild Boar Bolognese Lasagna, it truly is a feast for the senses.
