Vino Vargas is offering tastes of Boschetto al Tartufo – a fresh, semi-soft cheese made from a combination of a cow’s and sheep’s milk infused with shavings of highly-prized rare white truffles that lend an earthy, luxurious and robust aroma and flavour to the cheese – which will pair wonderfully with our Pinot Noir and our Grenache. Then follow the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail to visit member wineries and their pairings of scrumptious cheeses with award winning wines.
