In its 36th year in Salem, First Taste features Oregon wineries, distillers, micros, plenty of food items and Oregon artwork. This year it will feature new menu items prepared by area chefs for sampling, mixology first tastes featuring the spirits in the festival prepared by area favorite bartenders at the neon bar. There will be a black light lounge, live music and new swag available. On site food from Chex Alishon, Bo & Vine, Pacific Seafood, Gligamesh and Adam's Rib. This year the Festival will benefit Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
