Learn how to prepare a variety of classic Greek dishes with Chef Elaine Pitenis and explore the wonders of Greek Cuisine in this fun and interactive, hands-on cooking class. Seating is limited and classes fill up fast!

Feta Cheese Triangles, Beef Wellingtons Wrapped in Phyllo,Contemporary Greek

Salad, Galaktoboureko, and Baklava

*Recipe booklets, a wine tasting, and food sampler take-home containers will be offered in this class for each student at no extra cost.
