On January 26, we are highlighting GEN 7 Wines, the next generation of Brookside Winery, originally established in 1832. Learn about one of most exciting and newest wine companies in Napa and the winery’s storied history. Proprietor Tim Bacino will take you on his life’s journey of resurrecting the 180-year-old family company while enjoying 3 delicious pours.
Each glass of wine will be expertly paired with 3 Napa-inspired dishes by acclaimed Chef Vincent Lesage, including a brief demonstration of each course.
All while you sit back and savor the best of Napa Valley! Recipe cards are yours to take home.
