The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 class is for industry professtionals and interested consumers who prefer a structured approach to learning about wine. The class takes students through a systematic approach to wine tasting, while at the same time giving students a solid theoretical understanding of the world of wine. Topics include viticulture, wine-making, and major wine regions and wine styles around the world.
The class runs 6 evenings, from 6:30pm - 9:30pm on Mondays, Jan 14 - Feb 18
