Summer has finally arrived! Get ready to break out your grill with some Italian-inspired menu items sure to make you the envy of every grillmaster on your block. Grilling is the perfect match for Italian food as it requires little equipment and minimal interference with the food’s natural flavors.
Armed with a pair of tongs and some olive oil, our chef will highlight the versatility of indoor grilling techniques. Guests will enjoy a 2-course meal paired with Italian wines perfect to bring to your next barbecue. Class will be complete with adapted recipes and wine tasting notes to take home.

Please note, class includes a cooking demonstration with a multi-course meal and is not hands-on.
Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of class.
Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.
