We're thrilled to be offering another exclusive winemaker dinner with Carlo Del Tetto of Deltetto Winery in Piedmont, Italy. Hear from the winemaker himself discuss his wines, the winery and the region that is Roero. Enjoy six of his impressive wines including sparklings, white, and reds that exemplify the region. Plus, we're very excited to be hosting our first wine dinners at the newly renovated Pasta D'Arte! Chef Mark has put together a delicous five course dinner to pair with the wines of Deltetto. We look forward to a night to Taste, Learn and Enjoy!

1st Course: Calamari alla Griglia ~calamari marinated and lightly grilled
2nd Course: Carpaccio di Filetto ~thin sliced raw beef tenderloin served with a bed of arugula with capers, fresh shaved parmesan and drizzled with truffle oil
3rd Course: Gnocchi al Ragu di Vitello ~ Gnocchi in a sauce of house ground veal ragu in a creamy tomato sauce topped with fresh shaved grana padana
4th Course: Filetto con Parmigiano ~ 6oz. Filet Mignon with a parmesan crust served with asparagus and roasted potatoes
5th Course: Torta al Cioccolato ~ Chocolate cake served with strawberries
