Cost: $55

Aside from red and white, the most important stylistic difference between wines is whether they’re made in the Old or New World style of winemaking. And while this distinction is generally referred to by geographic area (Europe vs. non-Europe), it actually embodies winemaking philosophies more than geographical locations. In this fun and informative class, our resident sommelier will take you through a side-by-side tasting of 6 wines that exemplify these production styles, so you can identify the difference and discover which you like best.

In addition to the wines, your ticket includes a small antipasti plate with cheese, crackers, and charcuterie. We’ll see you in class!
